Be Strong
“No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training…what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

It is disgraceful how the modern world has knocked down (de-masculinized) the virtue of strength. It was once considered that to have a strong mind one had to also have a strong back. In the world today it is commonly reflected that exactly the opposite is true with stereotypes constantly reinforced in all types of media. There are innumerable positive effects in both a psychological and spiritual manner alone for strength training. And let’s be clear we are addressing ‘Strength Training’ not working on being ‘fit’ or staying ‘in-shape’.
Strength Training or a physically active lifestyle* should be a cornerstone of man’s entire life. The caveat for physically active is just to identify people that are involved in heavy physical achieve the same benefits of strength training.
I hope to inspire others to challenge themselves and those around them the way best and push past their self-imposed limits. To support this I use myself as an example of what I have accomplished through having a focused vision, working hard, and being consistent in these improvement efforts.
The articles I have published on training are included on this website as a resource for people with their training methods. With the addition of the blog I will also be able to increase the frequency and variety of topics covered.
