The pdxweightlifting.com site isn't showing any event info for the meet on its event page and the main page hasn't had a post since January 12th.
This poster is just a draft and not really ready for prime time. Nick (of PDXweightlifting) and I are working on a revision that will give readers more information and live contacts. We should have something ready to post in the next day or so.
The events are going to alternate throughout the day starting with squat, then snatch, bench, clean and jerk and finally deadlifting. It's going to be very intense, especially for those who attempt to enter both events. Powerlifting will be sanctioned by APA, the Olympic meet will be unsanctioned.

Is there another info source?

Are there going to be age/weight class brackets or a raw division?

For the PL event the age/weight/rawVgear categories are on the entry form.

I'm not sure the plan on the Oly lifty event but I know they typically do age/weight divisions.
