Duffin's Training Outline
In an attempt to get more organized and focused on my training I have decided I had better get back to practicing what I preach and writing a training plan. I usually have the outline over several months in my head involving frequency, conditioning levels, intensity, and weights.... however it gets a little hard to stay on track when you also coaching a bunch of people in the process.
I figured it would be good to share my outline with the team to help spur thoughts on your own programs. Understand this is a very basic “outline” and doesn’t detail what I will be doing with weights, associated volume, and intensity.
As you can see I’m doing very little focused conditioning at the moment as has been present in many of my past programs. I will by attempting to incorporate conditioning into some of the prehab items such as bear crawls and TGU’s, but realistically it is not a focus of mine right now.
